1Acceptance of Terms

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the angkabet Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You do not reside in a territory that prohibits or restricts access to online betting services.
• You have not previously been removed, banned, or barred from using any angkabet betting platform.

• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or third-party contractor while using the Platform.

Angkabet reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process within the stipulated timeframe will be frozen until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on angkabet. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different details is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Registration Details

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current should any changes occur.

Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Contact angkabet support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Angkabet will not be held liable for any losses arising from your own negligence in maintaining account security.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on angkabet must be conducted using a payment method registered under the same name as your account. angkabet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all supported payment methods.
• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds.
• Angkabet supports Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and instant bank transfer.
• Angkabet does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30.
• All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• Members who have not completed the KYC process are permitted one initial withdrawal as an exception — all subsequent withdrawals require full KYC verification.
• Angkabet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain amounts as a security measure.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Angkabet offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of this Agreement.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• The wagering requirement must be met before any wins from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Angkabet reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if abuse is detected, such as deliberate low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value unless otherwise stated.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all such accounts.

Angkabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding promotional terms, angkabet's decision is final.

6Wagering Rules

All bets placed on angkabet are subject to the applicable game rules. angkabet reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• Technical errors or system bugs affecting game odds or outcomes.
• Bets placed after an event has started or after the outcome is known.
• Odds published in error (obvious error) that deviate significantly from true market value.
• There is evidence of collusion, bribery, or fraud affecting the outcome of an event.

In the event of a bet cancellation, angkabet will refund the full wagered amount to the member's account. Angkabet is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the angkabet Platform and may result in immediate account termination with or without notice:

• Opening or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform for unfair advantage.
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing angkabet staff or other members.
• Any action that may compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the angkabet Platform.

Angkabet reserves the right to restrict access, freeze accounts, and confiscate any balance in accounts involved in the prohibited activities listed above. Angkabet also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the angkabet Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of angkabet or its relevant licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
• Using the angkabet name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Extracting or repurposing any part of the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are fully reserved by angkabet.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, angkabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Business interruption or financial loss.
• Technical failures, service disruptions, or cyberattacks beyond our control.
• Unfavourable betting or game outcomes.

Angkabet's total liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. angkabet makes no guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

10Data Privacy

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by angkabet is subject to our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the angkabet Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy us.

In summary, angkabet collects personal data for the following purposes:

11Account Termination

Termination by angkabet

Angkabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms within this Agreement.
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• False information or identity fraud during registration or the KYC process.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulators.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, angkabet reserves the right to forfeit any balance, wins, or bonuses held in that account.

12Terms Amendment

Angkabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

For material and significant changes, angkabet will endeavour to notify members via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. However, it remains your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where angkabet is registered and operates. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through the channels designated by angkabet before being referred to the appropriate arbitration body or court.
